Our Mission
Double Diamond J was built on a simple, uncompromising premise: every animal that leaves this operation should improve the herd it joins. That means we don't cut corners on selection. We don't sell animals that don't measure up.
We raise registered Hereford, registered Angus, and Black Hereford seedstock — offering commercial producers and fellow breeders a trusted source of genetics that perform in the real world, not just at the sale barn.

Selection Process
Weighed and evaluated at birth, weaning, and yearling. Only top performers advance through the program.
Thorough visual and hands-on evaluation of feet, legs, body condition, and overall frame. No exceptions.
Expected progeny differences analyzed for calving ease, growth, maternal, and carcass traits. Every animal, every time.
All bulls BSE-tested prior to sale. Females current on vaccinations with complete reproductive records maintained.
